For over 10 years, KAYAPATO has been a hairdressing institution at Ballindamm, located in one of the most beautiful protected heritage sites in Hamburg, offering panoramic views of the Binnenalster lake and fountain.
The unique spatial ambiance and the exceptional service competence of the owner, Ayla Karakaya, served as the starting point for a comprehensive strategic shift for the company. The agency guided this transformation, from strategic repositioning to corporate design development, brand architecture, packaging design, and social media marketing.
The original business has been transformed into a luxurious destination for hairdressing services and new professional care treatments, featuring excellent cosmetic and relaxing treatments, complemented by exclusive product lines. “THE NOBEL SPA” emerged from this evolution.
